At 4:48 AM, The Donut Guy said...: You can absolutely use it:-) I ran it through Paint Shop Pro 9 (Jasc software) which has a "one fix" button.

That did most of the improvement, I then used another feature with highlights or lightens up the foreground.

I then lightened up the whole picture just a touch.

Trust me, I'm no expert, most of what I've learned so far is by trial and error:-)
