cooperation

I keep my eyes open for the sunset; photographing it is not on my everyday agenda.
Tonight I peeked out and realized the clouds were already fading at 10 minutes before official sunset time. I got busy doing something else. When I glanced out again 20 minutes later, the sky was awash in pink.
I grabbed the camera.
The pink lingered just long enough for me to capture some beauty.

Good thing that you grabbed that camera! That's beautiful! I usually do sunrise myself. I have very few sunset pictures. Mainly because I'm an early riser and most people aren't, or so it seems. That way, I get the whole place, wherever it is, to myself. Also, the morning is so much quieter. No traffic noises. The animals are out searching for their food and it's nice and cool!
