My good luck Japanese frog, Kaeru.
I used to have a neighbor who liked to say, “There is no such thing as luck” While I don’t have any firm belief in the power of luck, I just hate the idea that there might be no such thing!!

Kaeru. That's a good word. ev used it in one of her writings so I had to look it up. Good luck seems to follow working hard toward a goal. I do think there is such a thing as luck though. Serendipity, windfall and all that.
