That second picture is hidden behind the links and the previous posts. Looks like a sunset reflection off building windows?
Yes, that second picture is the reflection of the sunset. That building has green-tinged low-e glass - I plan to revisit it when there aren't cars parked in front and hopefully when it is warmer!
